HUB International names new chief strategy officer, chief sales officer for US Central

HUB International Limited has appointed Geoff Hatfield and Scott Web to the roles of chief strategy officer and chief sales officer, respectively, for the company’s Central region.

According to the company, the new roles assumed by both Hatfield and Web will help drive growth in the US Central region by further enhancing HUB’s value proposition across all lines of business. Hatfield and Web will join the company’s Central region executive team as part of their appointments.

Both make the switch from Gallagher, where they held national sales leadership roles. Before Gallagher, the two also served at Aon as regional sales leaders.

“Industry consolidation, challenging economic conditions and shrinking market capacity have created great opportunities that only the very best firms can seize for their clients. And HUB is well-positioned because we have made strategic investments over the years in human capital, data analytics and specialty resources,” said HUB International Central region president Neil Hughes.

“We are very excited about our investment in Geoff and Scott because they will add tremendous value to our clients and new business results.”

“Geoff and Scott are game-changers, and we are excited to have them join our executive team. They bring a sophisticated playbook and a proven track record for driving growth,” added HUB Midwest CEO Lerone Sidberry. “Their leadership, combined with our talent and resources, make HUB the best of the best, and we look forward to their value-added collaboration with our most sophisticated clients.”
