Following the unprecedented sales success for the first release; The Interloom and The Skyform buildings, the precinct’s most anticipated building, The Ferry Building, has just been released.

The Interloom

Offering riverfront luxury living and positioned adjacent to the Kimpton Hotel, the building features one- to four-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouse collections.

Its design captures the urban character and geometry of the masterplan, with apartments designed to take advantage of both city and river views.

The Ferry Building

Similar to The Ferry Building, this is a smaller, village-scale building with only eight storeys.

The Skyform
