Actor Margot Robbie’s jeweller has pounced on a glamorous $10m Dover Heights mansion.
It’s somewhat ironic that the vendors are also celebrity jewellers.
The 30-something founders of boutique fashion and jewellery label Arms of Eve, Aaron and Kerryn Langer, snapped up the luxury home of Tarik and Zena Kaddour, who own Double Bay celebrity jewellers House of K’Dor.
The Kaddours had launched their lavish five-bedroom Military Rd residence for sale at an extravagant launch party last August — with the champagne flowing and even a harpist — via Ray White Double Bay’s Alan Fettes and Elliott Placks in conjunction with TRG associate director Cae Thomas.

Zena had said jewellery was the inspiration for the unique design. “It’s all about letting in more light to allow the sparkle,” she said at the time, with the semi-circular window overlooking the pool her favourite feature.
It’s taken a while, but settlement records from January 24 show a $10,650,000 sale to Aaron Langer and it’s understood the exchange occurred just before Christmas.
Kerryn initially started selling jewellery at the Bondi and Paddington markets in 2017, but they now have four bricks and mortar stores in Sydney and they recently opened a store in Noosa, Queensland.
The Arms of Eve website indicates that the celebrities spotted wearing the Langers’ products include Margot Robbie and interestingly a “Margot Bracelet” can be purchased for $89.
“With beautiful shimmering stones, Margot will have you turning heads wherever you go,” the blurb reads.
The 34-year-old star of Barbie, who started her career in Neighbours, earned an estimated $50m from the megahit of two years ago and her accolades include nominations for three Academy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards and six BAFTA awards.
Other stars spotted wearing Arms of Eve jewellery include the American model and socialite Hailey Bieber, American actress and singer Lucy Hale and Albanian singer and songwriter Dua Lipa.
Prior to creating Arms of Eve seven years ago, Kerryn previously ran a wholesale business in Los Angeles with American-born Aaron.
They reportedly sold a “significant stake” in Arms of Eve to buyout firm Point King Capital in late December.
Given their recent purchase, things are clearly going well, but it hasn’t always been the case — the Langers had to “think outside the box” to survive during Covid.
The Kaddours have done reasonably well from the sale, having bought the original home on the 569sqm block for $5,325,000 in June 2021, a year before they sold another stunning home that they’d renovated in Rodney St, Dover Heights for $9.9m.
But their rebuild of the Military Rd home, using the services of Stanton Architects and luxury builder Asiel Construction, is even more impressive with huge windows capturing the sweeping city and Harbour Bridge views.
