These Oh Henry Bars are SO simple to make!
These Oh Henry Bars are my go-to recipe when we remember practically last-minute that we are supposed to bring snacks for a get-together (which happens far more often than I’d like to admit!).
If you’re looking for a simple dessert recipe that comes together in no time at all, and uses basic ingredients you probably already have on hand, this is the recipe for you!
Just like the classic Oh Henry Candy Bar, this dessert is SO delicious with a buttery, chewy base of brown sugar and oats…and then topped with melted chocolate and peanut butter. (Does it get any better???)
These yummy bars freeze well and are gluten-free as long as you use the right kind of oats.
One pan serves a crowd, which makes this a frugal recipe in my book!
