Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) is making a major move by acquiring the remaining 50% stake in Northpoint City South Wing for S$1.17 billion, bringing its ownership of the entire Northpoint City mall to 100%. Northpoint City, located in Yishun, is the largest mall in northern Singapore, with a combined net lettable area of over 531,000 square feet. Its seamless connection to Yishun MRT and bus interchange makes it a key suburban retail hub.
