I can recover with some help/advice.. : CRedit

    Hi there, appreciate everyones time!

I am planning to have some money within the next month to tackle some debt and am curious what my best approach is. When I left to college I had 2 credit cards, 1 Discover student ($500 limit) & a Chase ($2,000) limit. I experienced a back injury that left me bed ridden for about a month and a half.

I fell behind, of course, and i can say i was panicked and felt like i couldnt recover and acted like they didnt exist. ill post what my accounts show now (.https://imgur.com/gallery/WRjpoAf ) , about $5,000 roughly & i also have a $5,000 school loan from sallie mae on top of it as well that has been closed and collected.

Everything has been closed/sent to collections within the last 6months to maybe a 1.5 years.

Should i attempt to dispute any even if I know i owe this debt?

I know most wont fall off for 6-7 years whats my best route? im at 2 or less

should i hire someone to send letters out or is it simple enough for me to do myself?

should i ask to pay less & have things removed from my account to help?

It doesnt seem like its the original companies calling so im sure they all been sold off. I do currently have a Secured Credit Card through Capital One & found out last week that my $200 limit got bumped up too $500 my score went up 44 & 41 points. sitting at 540 Transunion 573 Equifax.

ALSO do I have any chance of getting another card with Chase or Discover or should I kiss that good bye?
