Christian music star and former Hillsong leader Darlene Zschech and her pastor husband Mark have sold their iconic Terrigal property in just seven days.
The home is one of the most incredible you could imagine, set on the cliffside overlooking near 360 degree views of the ocean stretching from Spoon Bay to Cape Three Points.

The ocean view isn’t the only incredible thing about the home.
Selling agent Tim Andrews from LJ Hooker Terrigal would not comment on the sale price, but during marketing the property had a guide of $4-$4.4 million. It was purchased by a local family making a sea change from acreage.
With luxury touches sprawling across three separate levels, the 1258sqm property hugs the headland that separates Terrigal and North Avoca and includes state of the art home technology, multiple entertainment areas including a pool and barbecue area and several cliff facing balconies as well as a private movie theatre.

Darlene Zschech is one of the most well-known Christian personalities in Australia, with over a million facebook followers.
Serving as a worship pastor in Hillsong for 25 years, she wrote some of its greatest hits including the global anthem Shout to the Lord, which is sung by an estimated 30 million churchgoers every week and was performed by American Idol’s top eight in 2008.

Darlene and her husband, Mark, now serve as Senior Pastors for Hope Unlimited Church (HopeUC) on the Central Coast with locations in Charmhaven, Gosford and the Peninsula. They have also built a global following through campuses in India and the US.
