This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom house sits in the Poppy Peak Hills section of Pasadena, a five-minutes drive from Lower Arroyo Park. The architect, William Kesling, worked extensively in Los Angeles in the first half of the 1930s, building Streamline Moderne homes in neighborhoods like Los Feliz and Silver Lake. His designs are admired, but the architect’s star dimmed after pleading guilty to fraud.
